DoorTap enables users to remotely unlock apartment building doors using voice commands via Siri, through a Wi-Fi-connected digital relay installed alongside existing intercom systems.
3. User Eligibility
You must:

- Have authorization to access the property where DoorTap is installed.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete account information.
- Safeguarding your account and credentials.
- Notifying us immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use DoorTap to unlock doors without proper authorization.
- Interfere with or damage DoorTap hardware or software.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate our systems.
6. Fees & Payments

- All fees are due in advance unless stated otherwise.
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high reliability but cannot guarantee continuous access. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party services or network issues.
8. Limitation of Liability
DoorTap is not liable for:
- Unauthorized access due to compromised user credentials.
- Losses or damages from misuse of the service.
- Failures of independently installed hardware beyond our control.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may also terminate the agreement at any time by closing your account.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms at our discretion. Continued use of the service after changes will signify your acceptance of the updated Terms.
